Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-8 business days (Monday to Friday).

6. Can I return or exchange a product?
How to Return

- Receive Authorization – We will provide a return authorization and instructions for returning your item.
- Send the Item Back – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges on perfumes. If you ordered the wrong product, you may return the unopened item and place a new order for the correct product.
7. What is the refund process?

- It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
